Magical place. The staff is always friendly (young people with manners-refreshing). The wash bays are always clean and available at your preferred time more often than not. Prices for food and supplies could be cheaper. But I'm ok paying for a better customer experience, which I always get.

What a gem 💎. Spacious shop, very well stocked of pets food treats, accessories, baked goods and more, with reasonable pricing. There are various racks of sale items, mainly displayed outfront by cashier. The shop is well organized with a dog wash station in the back, reservations needed. They also have natural remedies items for pets which is something you don’t see in the large chain pet stores. Additionally they also have a large selection of fresh ingredients pet foods and naturally dried foods. Great shop with friendly services. Highly recommended by IG @WineDinenVacay

We get all out dog food here. People are great. Know who I am when I walk in. Discounts on dog foods. Awesome employees.

I am not typically one to write reviews, preferring to consider my own potential misinterpretations. However, my experience at this store today was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it. As a long-time customer, I have spent a significant amount of money here over the years, purchasing products for my dogs from puppyhood through their senior years. Today, I entered the store with the intention of buying new treats or food toppers for my admittedly picky dogs. In the past, I've always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. While I hope this was an isolated incident, my experience was far from positive. I was informed by an employee that the store offers samples of certain brands. With six dogs, I was hoping to acquire at least two samples per dog, depending on the sample size.

Great staff, great selection of pet supplies. Prices are good and so is the quality.
