⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mountain Home Veterinary Hospital in Sevierville was absolutely outstanding. Our little dog became sick while we were on vacation, and they got us in right away, which meant everything to us. From the very beginning, Kimber at the front desk was so friendly and kind. They have you wait in your car until a room is ready, which was such a thoughtful touch — it made the experience much calmer and less stressful for our dog. When we arrived, we called in and the sweetest tech, Kasadi, came out to get us. They were incredibly understanding and kind when we had to bring our other little dog with us as well because we didn’t want to leave him alone at the cabin. They were absolutely amazing, took my puppy in and they were straight to the point, was in there for maybe 15 minutes and they already had came in to tell me what was wrong and what they were going to do to help. Very reasonable payment options and payment plans are available if needed, all of the staff were very sweet on top of that. I received a call the next day from them making sure my puppy was okay, overall I 100% will be going back with any future problems with any of my pets.

Every staff member showed care and compassion! Not just today but every visit! From front deck to vet techs and vets they all show so much love and support. They follow up after every visit and for the diagnosis for my sweet 11 year old dog the staff was so caring and handled my baby with so much compassion. The comfort and compassion walking into the office today to let my dog no longer suffer was just above and beyond! My dog walked into the room and laid down in the floor with me, she just felt the comfort also. The staff explained every step of the way and made it so much easier than I could ever imagine. From the bottom of my heart I can thank you enough! This will always be my forever vet office!

I want to thank everyone at Mtn Home. I do not usually make online reviews but I felt it necessary to express my sincere gratitude. My hubby and I brought in our senior dog. The care & compassion given for us & our beloved dog was unexpected as was the fact it was our dogs time to leave this earth. They went above & beyond to help us & our baby thru the unexpected process. We chose cremation & within just a few days our baby's ashes were ready. They came in a very nice wooden box with a beautiful card. We also received a paw print memento. As far as going thru a horrible experience, Mtn Home truly helped! Thank you all so very much! I hate to mention price in this review but the cost of everything was very reasonable.

We made the biggest mistake of our life by taking our cat to Mountainhome veterinarian clinic. Our cat was only four years old. She had a limp took her in to see the vet. He said she needed an x-ray. We said OK fine the x-ray would only take about 20 to 30 minutes with a light sedation. We got our cat back four hours later she was limp. They said don’t worry about it. That’s normal for anesthesia. We took her home that evening. She was still limp, barely breathing the next morning. We took her to the emergency vet in Knoxville. They said your cat was over sedated and was given too much anesthesia and there was a drug interaction. We will never ever use. Mountainhome veterinarian again very incompetent veterinarian was absolutely horrible. Eventually Knoxville diagnosed her cat with having
