The Wag Social

My family and I are in town for vacation and wanted our dogs to join in on the fun — but not every place we planned to visit was pet-friendly. I booked an appointment for my senior Labrador and my spunky Basset Hound at this doggy daycare, and I can’t say enough great things about this incredible establishment! The facility is spotless, the staff is genuinely friendly, and they offer thoughtful add-ons like pup cups and peanut butter mats. I also loved how they performed a personality test to ensure each dog was placed in the right environment — it’s such a unique and caring touch. We are spending our first winter here in Tennessee and I was very worried about finding a Groomer and doggy daycare for my Bernese mountain dog. I toured a couple of places and when I walked into The Wag Social I knew that was the spot. Everyone is so friendly. The facility is clean and she loves going to daycare there. We had a groom today for the first time by the owner Susan and she did a fantastic job. I worried unnecessarily. She looks great and we will continue to go there for both grooming and daycare. This was our first time visiting the Wag Social with our dog Happy. The groomer asked what we would like and she did exactly as asked. He has never looked and smelled 😀 so good! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and very professional. The building is beautiful and clean. We will be back.

This is by far the best place I have ever taken my dogs for grooming and day camp. From the moment we walked into The Wags Social, I could tell this place was different. This was my very first experience with them, and I was beyond impressed. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring not just toward me, but especially toward my dog. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, and he went right to them without any hesitation, which says everything. As a dog owner, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing your pet feel safe and happy with the people caring for them. He absolutely loved them, and I could tell he was treated with so much love and respect the entire time.
