Smoky Dog Lodge

This was my baby Bronx's first time added Daycare. They welcome him with ease which made the transition for me even smoother. I received my updates and even got pictures of my baby. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of him on his overnight. Stay.!!!!

Smoky Dog Lodge does a wonderful job with grooming and boarding! Our dog loves going there to play. Jessica and Maddy always treat our puppy like their own. Jessica has gone out of her way to love our rescue pup and has sent us photos of him playing while we are traveling. We are so thankful for all of the staff at Smoky Dog Lodge and trust them to continue to care for our puppy while we are away! They even give us a report card to let us know how his stay went!

This place lacks concern for dogs safety! I left my pup Caitlin here for boarding and daycare several times with no problem. But then on November 18th I had boarded Caitlin for just one night, the 18-19th. Around 6:15pm I received a devastating call that my sweet girl had been attacked by another dog there and had an ear injury that would most likely require stitches. Thankfully I wasn't too far away so I was able to rush over to her. When I got there I was horrified, her ear was basically torn in half. It was as if it was pierced and she was bleeding everywhere! The staff was not remorseful what so ever and didn't seem to care much. I asked if they would cover the emergency vet bill and they straight up said no not our problem. I couldn't believe it! I was so pleased with Smoky Dog Lodge! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and put myself and my puppy at ease. I was able to call any time throughout her stay and check on her which really helped ease my mind as well. We will most definitely be staying here again!

We’ve been talking our dog Butch here for about 2 months now and have had nothing but phenomenal service, for both us and our fur baby! Each time we take him and pick him up from daycare he is just so excited and happy and can not wait to go and play with his friends! We just boarded him for the first ever and being able to see him on the webcam and getting pictures from him really eased my nerves! He did so well and the staff was beyond amazing! Out of all the daycares, grooming, and boarding this place is the one to go to!
