Gave very little information about what was happening with my dog, and never once personally spoke a word to me even after Fritz, my best friend of 11 years died in his clinic. Spent several thousand dollars over the years there including the month prior when I brought Fritz in for a full check up and dental cleaning and was told by staff he was in great shape. His once slightly elevated liver enzymes had not worsened at all since he began taking Denamarin. All was well as far as they said, but to me Fritz seemed to be suddenly aging very fast. He was tired more often and becoming bloated. I still don't understand why or how he was suddenly at death's door a month later, and question if they even did the tests etc that I paid for over the years. Is it all only educated guessing unless the
