They were amazing so kind and helped me with my baby kitten when I had car trouble. They are very homey. And most importantly for them it’s not a job they truly care for you and your animals. They also took the time to help me with my car. Which was so nice of them! I really from bottom of my heart appreciate you guys so much!

We absolutely love taking our animals here. They go above and beyond for every single service they provide whether it was helping our senior dog Whisky pass on, to giving our litter of 10 puppies their first shots. Their pricing is reasonable and services are reliable. Their hours can take some adjusting but it's worth the care they provide. Mahalo for work that they do!

Came to visit Hilo Vet at the recommendation of a friend. I am so happy I went! Hilo Vet Clinic was amazing! They understood I had a budget. Most compassionate and personable. I’ve taken several cats there, for spay and neutering. Also when our biggest cat got into it with a Huge pig. Poor baby had a broken leg and all bruised up. Pepe, the kitty healed up and you can’t even tell he had a broken leg. Great job you guys.!!

I phoned to try to get my kitty seen for a chronic runny eye thing. I was asked repeatedly if I had called anyone else or tried to get an appt anywhere else. Young woman on phone insisted my cat had to be seen today or tmrw and she didn't have availability this week. (it's Friday today) I let her know next week was fine, but she insisted it was emergent. At this point I realized they simply did not want to see her for some reason? Just say schedule is full or no availability. Poor reception.
