If I could give zero stars I would. I was bringing my dog here, who was a senior dog to be groomed. We came a few times and things were fine. He would be stuck there all day, but he was clean when he came home. The last visit would unfortunately be his last cut, because of this place my dog ended up with several hot spots due to poor cleaning of tools, and because he was an older dog with a compromised immune system, he ended up getting a massive infection that he never recovered from and sadly passed away. Although a senior dog, he was doing well and until that haircut he went downhill so fast. His skin was covered in open sores, and my poor baby passed away three months later. This place ended up leading my baby boy to pain, infection and suffering. I would never recommend them ever, and

I brought my dog here. Halfway through her appointment I get a call that she had ticks that had to get removed and that she was given an ointment & that there will be a $20 up charged for the removal and “ medical “ given to her. I didn’t have a problem with that so I allowed it. She gets picked up when she arrives home’ there’s a Visible tick sitting right on her ear. I’m not sure why I was charged almost $120 for groom and for a suppose tick removal and my dog still has ticks. I don’t seem to understand. I don’t mind paying a fee for a job well done. But having to now bring my dog else where and spend more money on something that I already thought I paid them to do is not only stressful but could be painful for my dog. . to top it off I call the the place and they were VERY UNPROFESSIONA

They have no experience with dogs who are hyper and nervous. They expect all dogs to be OK with being touched. Not all dogs are the same. They should be trained in dogs behavior and how to handle them. It's either they expect all dogs to be calm or rather take in calm dogs.

They were so nice to my dogs. They did a wonderful job grooming my dog. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. They were friendly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend taking your pet here
