I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office! They are always so kind and patient with my dog, Sophie. She can be a little nervous during visits, but the staff takes their time to make her feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they genuinely love animals and want the best for them. I really appreciate the calm, gentle way they handle everything — it makes such a difference! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares. 🐾

If transparency matters to you at all, I would run far far away from this place. *** I live close to this clinic and my parents have brought their dogs here for years, so I would have loved to make this the place for my pets. Two years ago we brought my dog here and told them she was vomiting and the doctor dismissed it. We had to bring her back again a few weeks later just to get them to take us seriously about her vomiting, and sure enough she had died of stomach cancer within a few months. Perhaps things could have gone differently for her if they had listened to us the first time. We ended up transferring her care, and the care of my other pets to The Oaks Veterinary Clinic, who have been amazing but are just a far drive from us. They always are compassionate and prompt to take care of our dogs needs when we had to put our dog Jack, down after bone cancer.. we went ahead and had leg amputated, and he lived eight months longer than he could have. I really feel comfortable with Longwood animal clinic with my fur babies needs.

Everyone was very nice. Took my 1 yr old puppy to get her yearly checkup. Front office was very welcoming. Tech was friendly. Dr understood my girl can be a bit skittish with new noises/sounds. She got on the floor with my pup and my girl settled well. We will be back.
