Great experience right when you walk in the door. Everyone was super friendly. The staff and veterinarian handled my cat Shady with great care. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend TLC. The staff were all wonderful caring for Lilly when she had to have many teeth extracted. She healed up nicely. If you're on the fence about having an elderly dog's teeth taken care of, I would say do it. She is better since having it done.

Had high hopes after moving to Richmond and finding this vetenarian. Our King Charles has to be on a prescription dog food for severe stomach issues. We spoke to the vet in office about this and she assured us that they would maintain this prescription and would be of no issue. Called the office for them to send a letter to our pet insurance, stating that our dog still needed to be in the prescription dog food and the front desk lady said she would need to check with a manager. She then proceeds to tell me she checked with her co worker and I would need to call the previous vet to get that. I explained we had already discussed this with the vet and she assured us they would continue the prescription and she wasn’t trying not hearing any of that. Spoke to manager today and let her know why

Just moved to the area, so switched to this vet. We got our dog established as a patient, and explained to the vet about the prescriptions he needed for his stomach, and they said they could give records to insurance. When it came time to do so, my wife calls, and they tell her we would have to contact our old vet, who isn't even in this state, and was very rude to my wife. We will find a vet who can take care of things without having our old vet take care of it. Thanks for nothing Logue's.

We have been highly recommending TLC as they were willing to operate on our dog when no one else would, giving us a few extra, precious years with her. They took perfect care of her until it came to cremating her. We requested to have her ashes returned to us and were informed that they had accidentally marked her for a group cremation despite our wishes and spread her out in a pet garden almost 2 hours away, and we would not be getting her back. Although the staff were very apologetic, I simply cannot see how something this important and truly devastating to our family can happen by accident. I cannot recommend taking your pets here for end of life services — who knows if they will come home or not.
