Shaggy Doo's Pet Grooming

My husband and I were visiting our son at Earlham when we came upon a stray dog on Highway 40. Took her to a local animal hospital where she was scanned and obtained her microchip number. The chip was unregistered. The hospital that implanted the chip did not have computerized records and were unable to identify the prior owner. The poor pup was riddled with fleas and in terrible shape, thin and very matted as if she was on the street for months. The hospital sold us a NexGard for the fleas and some gi food to feed her. We walked into Shaggy Doo's looking for help. Lisa the owner kindly took her in although they were very busy on a Saturday morning and we did not have an appointment. She had to be fully shaved down and had 2 flea baths to try to rid all the fleas. What a wonderful woman an

They did a wonderful job with our 80lb Yeti. Squeaky clean, smelling great and the giant plumes of hair constantly erupting from him gone! Would definitely recommend and return for future groomings. Very reasonably priced.

Lisa, the owner, is such a sweet and caring person. She has a wonderful team of groomers and takes extra time to get to know both the owners and the pets. Our 6 month old mini golden doodle is a handful to get to sit still, but the groomers said he was so good for them. That tells me they are very tolerant of all breeds, no matter how much of a wiggle worm they are! ;-)

JENNIFER!!! Fantastic work! We moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and were genuinely stressing about finding a groomer who did good work. After not having great luck with some others in the area, we're genuinely thrilled and grateful to have found Jennifer. She's taken excellent care of our Franklin, and her care and consideration I'd grade higher than any other groomer we've ever worked with.

We took our 2 yr old Pomeranian dachshund (long hair fluffy wiener) to them this evening and he was supposed to get a trim and bath and nails cut, we get him back completely shaved, skin irritated, and wiskers shaved. I would not recommend this place unless you like puppy cuts or hairless cats
