The staff is very caring and helpful. Had to end up putting two of my babies down and the staff was very comforting and caring throughout my difficult time. That made me very thankful for their support and kindness. Just want to say thank you for everything you did for me and my fur babies

We have been taking our Senior dog here for a while! She has gotten the best care! They go above and beyond for our sweet girl! I am thankful they have helped make the last bit of her life as great as possible! My family and I highly recommend this vet! Picture of my girl because she’s beautiful!

Staff was super amazing and compassionate. Our 9 year old german shepherd had taken a very big decline in two days and was unable to walk. I called our local vet and the lady wasn't compassionate at all so I called Animal hospital of Richmond and they were amazing from the first phone call to the end of life. They fit us in thirty minutes prior to close so my husband could be there. Just amazing staff. 10/10 recommend.

My Lady Scarlett and We, were treated with the upmost respect. Lady Scarlett loved her sweet Dr. Hirsch. He was professional, gentle, patient and interacted very nicely with Scarlett. During testing with Lady Scarlett stood very still. She was very comfortable with Dr. Hirsch. We all were very pleased.

They are very focused on getting your money. They told us our dog’s teeth needed cleaned and quoted us for $500. We decided to do it and then our dog ended up being too sensitive so they couldn’t perform the procedure. They still charged us $300 even though my dog didn’t get her teeth cleaned. Ever since then they started trying to get us to do unneeded tests that were crazy expensive. I guess they think we’re rich or something, who knows. They tried to charge us a fee for a question we asked over a phone call when they’ve never done that before. I think it was close to $30. I asked for an estimate for an upcoming appointment and said I’m very low on money and can only afford whatever is needed to keep my pets legal. The quote for two dogs was over $360 and ended up being for lots of stuff
