I have never had a good experience with this vet hospital. Although I will say Kayla is amazing and has helped me so much! She works at the front desk so please ask for her! She had great advice for my cat who has been using the bathroom outside of her box. Instead of telling me to bring her in a pay money for no reason she suggested it’s a behavioral issue and that’s exactly what it was. However, Dr. Sniyder or however you spell her name is awful. She’s very rude and condescending, has no compassion. I will never bring my cat to her ever again. My cat has leukemia and she has had issues with her skin being dry. She wouldn’t tell me why that was and just gave her a cortisol shot. I found out that she has an allergy issue especially with fleas and could be treated with flea medicine. Of cou

The most caring and thoughtful team imaginable. I recently moved to the area and used the Charleston office for boarding on multiple occasions for business travel and my beloved Miniature Pincher, Penelope who was pretty particular absolutely loved their team! As do I. I had to make a very difficult decision to put Penelope down earlier this month due to aging and multiple health issues and aggressive behavior due to pain. It was one of the most heartbreaking decisions I ever had to make. This was the only time I have ever needed to put one of my dogs to sleep as the others passed peacefully on their own. The entire team treated me with such grace and Penelope with such dignity. They were absolutely earth angels and did everything they could to make such a hard decision and process peacef

I have went here for year with my old English sheepdog. They have done great with her. I recently got a German shepherd and have been there twice with her. The first time was fine, the second not as great. As soon as we walk in the desk lady was the sweetest to my girl! As we went back into the room they did not take their time with her. I can’t recall the two ladies name. As soon as they walk in to do their evaluation they rushed, they put a muzzle on her acted all lovely but I could read the room that they was scared of shepherds. They preached to me to get her spayed at 6 months old (to young to me) came in for an ear infection walked out paying 275$ I will be going to a different vet from now on. If you have a German Shepherd I recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve taken my cat here for about 4 years now and it has been nothing but an awful experience with Dr. Snyder. She is very rude and disrespectful. If you are looking to pay money out the behind go here.

A while back My wife and I’d noticed our cat Charlie seemed off. He’d been drinking a lot of water and started peeing on the carpet when he’d never done anything like that before. At this point My wife said she thought it was his kidneys but we were told by this vet that they would need to do panels to find any of that out. So we paid for the panels and were told he didn’t have kidney issues. We were told he had a bacterial infection and sent home with antibiotics and prednisone. Jump to a few months later and Charlie isn’t doing well at all. But because we never really liked how this veterinarian talked to us, meaning she was rude and short and a bit condescending when asking follow up questions, we decided to take Charles to a different veterinarian hospital. When we got there the doctor
