I have been using Animal Care Associates for several years for different cats that I have rescued. Recently we received a rabbit with a bad eye. The staff from the minute we walked in the door was amazing. The vet that took care of my rabbit Potter owned rabbits of her own. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to visit.

They were amazingly nice! And understanding, I felt like they honestly listened to my concern and what I thought my pet mightve had, and they even offered flavored medicine for my little guy! He loves the banana and strawberry flavors!

We absolutely love Animal Care! They always give our fur babies the very best treatment, and Samantha is truly a standout. She goes above and beyond every single time whether we walk through the door or call with a question, she makes sure we’re taken care of right away. And Dr. Moore? Simply the best. You can feel how much they genuinely care about every animal that comes in, including ours. A perfect 10/10!

We loved the associate who assisted the doctor and Dr. Webster! Rosie had a great examination and they were very kind and gentle with our pet. We are grateful for his advice and care of our pets!

My dog got really sick couldn't figure out why. She was really limp could barely breathe so I took her to this place. The entire time I was there I felt like they didn't really care about anything other than what I could pay them when I was done. I specifically told every employee that I spoke with I only have this amount of money whatever you'll do do not let it go over this amount I don't have it. The amount they charged me at the end was three times the amount that I told them that I had. They were acting like they were going to hold my dog hostage until I could get them the rest I couldn't even go and see her or anything. Luckily my mother-in-law was able to let me borrow a couple hundred bucks. Then they wanted to do exploratory surgery because they couldn't figure out what was wrong
