The Tails of Tuppers Creek

I’m so thankful I found The Tails of Tuppers Creek! Jodi groomed my dog and I think it’s the best groom he’s had in his 7 years of being groomed. 💕🐾💕🐾 Very pleased. And they post a cute picture on Facebook! Price is extremely reasonable. I don’t know if anyone else has a dog that’s doodle-y but not an actual doodle, but that’s my pup. He’s a pretty mutt I adopted from the Kanawha Charleston Humane Society. I had his doggie DNA done and he’s ShihTzu, Basset Hound, Poodle, Pitbull, SuperMutt. I don’t want a full doodle or poodle cut on him. Jodi got it just right. 🥰

Fantastic staff. Friendly and caring. They were extremely helpful when our flights were canceled and had to board our dog 2 additional days. Definitely will use them again. #HeavyGapproved

I’d highly suggest knowing who is grooming your pet”family member” before dropping them off and if you chose to follow through with this place make sure the person comprehends what you want done . The person I had groom my dog today done a poor job had I known she worked at petsmart she’d never touched my puppy to begin with!!! Then the person didn’t have the courtesy to even bring my puppy out to me she had another employee bring my pup to me. I’m very displeased with their service and the fact that the owner would let someone disrespect a client this way . I just hope my pup was taking care of while in there hands. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR COME BACK TO TUPPERCREEK due to poor service

We took our cats here to be groomed and Karly was the one who did it and she did an excellent job. She knows so much about animals and you can tell she loves her job. This was an amazing experience and we recommend everyone who can to bring their animals here. We will definitely be coming back.

Love all the ppl at Tails of Tupper Crk!! You can really tell that they all love their job & love all the fur babies they come in contact with! They are so accommodating to my work schedule. That means so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
