I always have a great time there, they are very informative. Also extremely helpful and have always been there to hold your hand and help you make some of the most difficult decisions. everybody there is so nice. anytime ive ever had to put a pet down i have always felt loved and cared about. they always send a card with your beloved pets pawprint. just truly some of the best people.

This office and all their staff was not what I expected due to the location. Being there showed me just how wrong I was and in many ways. In my arrogance I assumed this office being on Greenbrier named North Gateway that it would be a place when you walk in it would be so cold and all business without any regard toward any feelings or emotions get the job done charge 3x what it should be and never thought about again but to my surprise I was completely wrong about everything. Everyone there was so warm & kind. The atmosphere was so genuine even the pets were calm in the waiting room. The vet talked to me and heard what I had to say even though I didn't know much at all about cats. I have had many animals in my life and know about animals most people wouldn't but not cats. I have a very sick cat and was referred here by a friend. Wonderful and understanding staff. Dr Brown took great care of him on a Wednesday, but by the weekend he wasn't much better. I returned frantic on Monday and luckily saw the same Dr again and he is now on the mend. She didn't push unnecessary charges and tests and instead offered more affordable options. Very calming to both me and the cat. Prices are fair by today's standards and I wasn't even charged for the 2nd office visit, only for meds. I would highly recommend them and I appreciate their kind and helpful staff

Everyone here was super patient and caring. The vet was very helpful and went out of her way to help us find a solution for our dog. They will always be my first phone call! Got us in quick with no appt. We waited maybe 10 minutes. The price was very affordable and I can't say how thankful I am for their help and kindness. Highly recommend!

I took my cat in for an ear infection - it was a Friday afternoon, and they were the only place I knew of apart from the ER that was taking walk-ins. They accept walk-ins until 4pm and we got there around 3:45. Everyone was very nice at check in and were ok with us waiting in the car. Our wait time was less than 2hrs, which I think is really good given that they were still seeing their scheduled appointments, had a couple of emergencies and had other walk ins ahead of us. Dr. Brown was very nice and thorough, and no one seemed rushed despite us being the last clients on a Friday evening. Very reasonably priced as well.
