Staff was friendly and professional tried to put the pets at ease, seemed reasonably . That was John Glidewell and he was very thorough. Wasn't in a rush at all, stood and talk to us after the exams were over. Highly recommend.

If you care about your pet don't bring your pet to Jackson. Our dog was misdiagnosed and when I asked for x rays and blood work I was told it was "not required" and pushed out the door. Received a second opinion that same day at Moses Creek animal Hospital and they immediately ordered blood work and x rays and Holly was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia and needlessly suffered horribly and passed that evening. We will file a complaint with the state as we don't want to see this happen to other pets. Jackson is corporate owned by VetCor and they do not have a phone number to call. Jackson will try to spin the conversation but they should have ordered the bloodwork as I asked.

We’ve been taking our “mutts” here for at least the last 15 years. From the front desk to the vet techs we’ve always felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Glidewell is amazing. Great combo of expertise and compassion and humor. Great people

Caring, patient, and understanding staff and doctors. Willing to take the time to converse with you and explain diagnoses and different care plans, allowing you to make the most informed decisions. We have been going to them for 4 years and have been seen by all Vets there and pleased with all of their interactions. The front desk staff is very pleasant, caring, and attentive to your needs and show sincere interest in your pets. Thank you for all your help!
