Angie is absolutely fantastic with my golden doodle, Presley! He always comes out of his grooming sessions looking and smelling amazing. She clearly has a special way with dogs, Presley is always happy to see her, and I know he's in great hands every time. Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work really shows. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I buy my dog’s food and treats here every time because the service is always amazing. Today I had to return some sweet potato treats my dog didn’t like, and Kayci made the whole process so easy. She was incredibly kind and patient the entire time. Returns can sometimes feel awkward or stressful, but she didn’t make me feel that way at all. Because of the consistently great service, I’ll never go to another dog store. Highly recommend!

I had an urgent situation where in North Texas we just had a winter storm warning. I took in a family friend and their furry pet puppy. Unfortunately a puppy brought fleas with her. The store closed 20 minutes after the arrival of the guests. I headed over there immediately and was assisted in finding the right products to treat our guest puppy and protect our own pets. The associate at the store went above and beyond just handing me a recommended product. She suggested why she chose that and how to use the product as well. I really appreciated the insight in a pinch.

This is the friendliest store I have ever been too. Plano location is great too ! The sales lady stayed with me and helped me pick every thing I needed for my rescue Pitty. I had a ball shopping!

My beloved Luna is thrilled to be getting wet food everyday and I’m thrilled with the farmina weight management. (She’s a little chonky, no one tell her). Very kind and helpful staff, even when they’re busy.
