Haven, The Dog Spot

Barbara and Co. do an amazing job at this wonderful doggy day care. I was most impressed the staff, facility and ownership. I would give 10 stars if I had the option.

They bathed my 92 lb German shepherd who sheds a lot! They used a deshedding shampoo, blew her dry and brushed her well. Her coat is amazing! And she was not dropping so much hair afterwards like she usually does. Cathy was very sweet and kind! Will definitely go back for another spa day!

The grooming staff has always been top notch here. My almost 16 year old pup (who has since gone over the rainbow bridge in 2024) was a monster to groom but Mari somehow got it done and did a wonderful job. We have a new puppy that we recently got groomed and we will continue to use them for his needs. We also took him for his first daycare adventure and hope to use them for both daycare and boarding in the near future!

I was so impressed with their prompt response and willingness to address my concerns!!! Thank you to the Haven team!!! ❤️ This is a mixed review. I LOVE the boarding and daycare services and definitely recommend Haven. I tried the spa service this past weekend and will start by saying the staff is wonderful. I feel like my dog was treated amazingly and the bathing service was great (he smelled so good and his coat was conditioned); however, I made a point to call out some matting around his collar when I dropped him off and had hoped they would attend to them but when we got home I realized he still had the matting so was a bit disappointed and need to either take

The staff was so warm and welcoming! Tracy did an amazing job grooming my little yorkie that's not so easy to work with! They did exactly as I asked! Definitely bringing him here from now on!
