I've had multiple great experiences at Happy Dog Grooming Salon! Pancake's black nails and scared demeanor during trims can make him a tricky customer. Aaron does amazing work every time, careful to establish trust and not to over trim.

I could not be more satisfied with Happy Dog Grooming . They were so welcoming it was my first time taking my dog she’d always been taken by my daughter. We talked on the phone previously they knew I was worried about my dog and the problems she was having and just her anxiety and my dog went right in didn’t whine or whimper just laid down in their little waiting room bed. They said she did really well and I said I wanted her to cut her as short as possible so that her fur would not get matted and messy again like it was and she came out she was so beautiful so soft and clean and Happy. they really picked an appropriate name for their Grooming salon Happy Dog because that’s exactly all I saw going in and coming out the door the whole time I spent down there this past Tuesday. Not happy at all with this place. We took our dog here for the first time. The cut was totally uneven. It looks like a complete amateur did this. Come to find out they cut her on her paw and didn't even mention it to me. When I picked her up I saw the fresh blood and instantly asked about it, to which they blamed it on a scab between her toes.... the cut wasn't between her toes, it was right at the top of the toe. And no scab. Really disappointed with this place considering they had good reviews, but the fact that they didn't call and tell me they cut her and I had to find out myself is not good customer service. Not worth the money at all. Do not go here.

I have been bringing my pup here for about 3 years now and it is always a great experience. My dog was so nervous at first and now she LOVES it. She gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. She loves her groomer. Staff are friendly and professional. And the bandanas she comes home in are too cute.
