Hands Helping Paws Rescue

We love Hands Helping Paws Rescue! Tracey and Jennifer put on an informative event for our Girl Scout troop teaching them about the importance of animal rescue, cat adoption and volunteering. Please consider adopting from this Rescue. The cats are well-cared for and loved. I’ve had several friends adopt from them and they’ve always been happy with the process. Unfortunately, my husband is allergic, so I have to get my kitty snuggles in during their adoption events at PetSmart, but we may be volunteering in the future. Was in love with a cat at my local petsmart reached out to them thru there process that they require you to do in order to adopt, scheduled my meeting with the ladies for the following morning because it was already getting late in the day, then they let me know they already sold the cat because they just assumed that I came in right now, even though I said I wouldn’t be coming till our scheduled appointment in the morning. I understand that it’s first come first serve but if I’m required to go through the processing and schedule an appointment then why did they tell me I could have the cat if someone else was interested in the same cat before me? The management that runs the cat side of things (Susan is her name) clearly does not care for cats. She is very rude to the fosters who look after the cats. Doxxes people, and refuses to help the fosters. I believe cats need all the help they can get but please stay away from this foster.

I adopted two gads from her. Her prices are awesome. I looked into others and their fees are way to steal for wiring class people.
