Everyone at GTVH has been kind, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we have been in a situation with our sweet dog that requires her to visit Dr. Marr more frequently than usual. Dr. Marr has been so kind and caring and he is working with us in a way that feels like we are a team. We are grateful!

Thank you to all staff who assisted with Gus’ care on 6/16. As always the care, compassion, and professionalism you all demonstrated did not go unnoticed. Richard and Dr. Marr- thank you so much for coming out to assist getting Gus out of the car. Removing 140 pounds of “terrified”dog from the car would have been impossible without your help. Dr. Dush and the veterinary technician- thank you for your prompt assessments and treatments. Also thank you for the frequent updates throughout the day keeping us calm and collected while we waited at home. Marshall-thank you for the follow up call the morning of 6/17 in regards to his current status. We highly recommend this great group of professionals.

They're so amazing with my cats, and they're very understanding/accepting & kind in general. They're probably the reason why my rescue cat bestie doesn't have bladder stones anymore, which is awesome. (She almost needed surgery, but luckily we got rid of the bladder stones by changing her diet instead, which worked.) However, I *almost* lowered my review to 4 stars, because it's hard to talk to them on the phone, because the second they can't hear you, they hang up instead of waiting 30 seconds. I'm not sure why my phone only has issues with this one phone number, but we'll sometimes just be midway through a conversation, and instead of giving me 30 seconds to fix it, I get hung up on. It's hard enough to respond in 30 seconds in any conversation since I'm autistic, but I prepare myself fo

I was having severe back pain that rated a 10 out of 10 on the pain scale. I called the GT vet clinic and asked if I could reschedule my dog Charlie's appointment as I was having a difficult time walking. They went on to tell me that they would still have to charge me an office fee for not calling 24 hours ahead of time. I had no idea that I would be having back pain on this day...so I was a little upset. However after trying to reschedule the appointment I told them I would be there that day at the appointment time. It was then said that they could come to my car to get Charlie...I was so relieved. The pain was that bad. Charlie was in and out of there in about 5 minuets. Dr Jossens has always been wonderful and taken such good care of my dogs. I recently transferred back to GT Vet from Banfield because I knew I would much rather go without being locked into a monthly plan just to save some money with a vet that treated my dogs like “just another patient”. Dr J has always been very dedicated and caring. She is very attentive and always thoroughly explains the care she gives. When I put my 15 yr old Golden down 6 years ago, I knew without a doubt that I wouldn’t have wanted to go through that pain with any other vet! I’m very happy to be back with the GT Vet family because I know my 2 Golden girls will have the best care now!
