I’ve had multiple experiences with this animal hospital and none were remarkable. Today’s however was. I was bringing my cat in for a follow up on an issue that the vet diagnosed and prescribed meds for. This issue hasn’t cleared up. Today, I was offered nothing but the same old patch job that I’ve come custom to, meds, diet, all stuff we have done before. Understandably I am an upset customer having to pay over and over for care that is not making my cat any better. I decided to talk to the office manager today regarding these price concerns. He was completely unhelpful and unfriendly and not somebody I would ever recommend doing work with or send somebody to. He did not take time to hear my frustration. He was too worried about his bottom line to hear himself lose a loyal customer. An

Our pets have received care at Glade Valley since 2018. Some of the staff have been there longer than we have, which speaks to the culture and climate. Many of them have pets and draw from their experiences to provide empathetic care for pets and their families. We weathered many changes together, including COVID pandemic, because of their innovative approaches. Over the years, they have maintained a strong community network to help us connect to surgeons, a animal vision specialist, end of life care for our 14 year companion, boarding and grooming services, and nutrition support. The doctors and technicians at Glade Valley Animal Hospital are truly amazing. Every single visit, they have shown so much compassion, patience, and genuine care—not just for my cats, but for me as well. I have never once felt pressured, rushed, or made to feel guilty about what I couldn't afford. Instead, they always take the time to explain options and go above and beyond to make sure my kitties receive the very best care possible. As someone who is extremely protective of my fur babies, trust means everything to me, and I trust this practice completely. I am beyond grateful to have found a veterinary team that treats my pets with the same love and concern that I do. The wonderful hard working administrative are pleasant and very helpful. Dr. D, my “kittens” veterinarian is wonderful. My “Kitten” is turning 18 in just a few weeks. 😳 Dr D is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to me about my kittens health and offers suggestions for her senior care. She understands how bonded we are and has helped me to prepare for what to expect health wise. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice!!!!😸

I had been going to Glade Valley for almost 4 years, but when my cat kept having health concerns over the past few months I was spending thousands of dollars through Glade Valley just to be met with no real answers, being told from different doctors there that it's probably anxiety, and some of the staff being rude. In the end, I had to put him down yesterday through Partners Vet ER & Specialty who showed me empathy, and guided me in my decision. He was only 6 years old. It started with ear infections in July. Then rapidly within the past few weeks, he had another ear infection, weekly bladder issues (peeing less than a dime size at a time, peeing on things and blood in his urine), lack of appetite, weight loss, soft stool and diarrhea, and he stopped fully responding to Gabapentin even af
