From the receptionist Becky to Dr Eva Himer and everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with my heartfelt thanks for the efficient compassionate care that my little Gyzmo received at Fox Creek. Becky actually took the time to contact Miami Dade Animal Service to try to get Gyzmo’s vaccination certificate and although she couldn’t get it I was very impressed with the fact that she found the time to attempt to do so, kuddos Becky! Dr Eva is everything you could want in a veterinarian, empathetic, gentle, patient and overall our own dog whisperer 🥹This is only the second time I visit the practice but I know I’ve found the ideal place for my 4 pets!

"5 STAR REVIEW OF EXCELLENCE" I came desperately from another Veterinarian's office with both my girls who had serious problems, one being cancer and the other being oral disease. Both needed immediate care and surgery. I chose Dr. England because when I looked at her and read her simple bio, I knew she was the one and by far the BEST choice I have ever made. The front desk staff was very polite and Brit was amazing with my dogs. Being just recently semi-retired from 9 years as a GM of an animal shelter, I appreciate excellent service with explanation and knowledge. This will be where my dogs will also receive their veterinary wellness care in the future. A++

So pleased with my first visit to the clinic with a new puppy! Dr Hirmer and the vet tech were kind, knowledgeable and made my puppy’s first experience a good one. The reception staff was kind and welcoming and the office is so clean and cozy. The welcome sign in our room was also a sweet touch.

Dr. Reese, Heather, and the rest of the staff were beyond wonderful when I took my doxie in today. From start to finish, they explained everything thoroughly and took the time to do all the testing needed, without pushing unnecessary things on her. They comforted her the whole time and were incredibly professional. I had been to three different veterinarians and two hospitalizations in one week, but she continued to worsen. Dr. Reese knew exactly what to look for and diagnosed her with IVDD, which had been missed during all her other appointments.
