⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently adopted a 3-month-old male kitten named Flash from Flower Mound Animal Services, and the experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the adoption process was quick and smooth — I got to bring my little boy home the same day! Flash is a playful bundle of energy, always exploring and keeping me on my toes. My older kitty, Darcy, is still figuring out who this new guest is — she’s been sniffing around the door, trying to make sense of it all (you’ll see her in the video 😄). Flash will be going in for his first wellness exam soon, and I’m so grateful to the Flower Mound team for helping me start this new chapter. Thank you for everything!

I adopted a kitten. Im happy theyre very thorough with their process :). He's doing great. Friendly staff. He came vaccinated and neutered, he did have intestinal worms, but my vet took care of that :)

Our kids wanted to adopt a dog. We went there a couple of times to find out the right pet for us. The staff were extremely friendly and patient with us by letting us have time with different pets. Finally we were able to make one of them a part of our family. The adoption process and paperwork were hassle-free. Great bunch of people there. Very caring and patient - both to the pets and the people. And the place is exceptionally clean too unlike some of the other places we have been. Keep up the good work. Update: After 8 years, Lexie is still with us as a part of our family.

We just adopted our beautiful new pup from here and all I can say is WOW! We have adopted from other shelters and this one is leaps and bounds above. The shelter is so well kept and clean. The animals are so well cared for and the staff are fantastic. We will come here again when we are ready to adopt again.

This shelter is corrupt. The respeptionist impersonated an official and pretend to issue me a citation. Written by a respeptionist and filed incorrectly I was not truly cited. This was back in December. I do not even live in this city. I live on denton county land they have continued to harass me to register in a city i do not live in. I have the recorded phone call and fake citation is attached. Please be careful dealing with these people. "Hi, this is jole Linda flower mound animal services, and I was just calling to remind you that we needed to receive proof of rabies vaccinations on it looks like 2 dogs that you adopted from us." Quote pulled from call transcripts. Biggest concern is this shelter adopting out animals with no rabies checks. Second Ive never adopted from them. Got my won
