Wish I could give negative stars & post pics. We had a house fire in 2020. Servpro suggested F&M. Initially everything went well with Mike. I told him we have boys and Great Danes. We need whatever will hold up the best for LVP & carpet. He showed us a couple of his top pics. The installers put down the flooring in the spring of 2021 & did a great job, everything looked amazing. A year later comes the negative stars. Our LVP started seperating and basically curling up on the ends. Mike came over and took pics for the manufacturer. The next day he contacted me and said it isn't a warranty issue. I can just pull up the floor and super glue the seams or just put down a bunch if area rugs. Really??? The carpet is also stretched out, worn down and looks 20 years old. I was told these floors wer

We live on the East Hill in Eau Claire and wanted to support our local neighborhood business. The sales woman was helpful and we set up an appointment for an estimate. Mike, the owner, was 20 minutes late without a phone call to let us know. When he was told we would have to reschedule because we had another appointment he blew us off, did not apologize, and said he would pass and walked off.

My wife and I recently purchased carpet from Mike and Cheryl at Floors & More for three rooms in our home. The entire transaction went better than we could ever have expected. They both were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we received a high quality product at a price that was less than any where else we looked. The carpet was ordered, arrived and was installed when they said it would. The estimate, which included everything (carpet, pad, installation and even the tax) was exactly what we paid. The installation was expertly done and we are more than pleased with how great it looks and feels to walk on. I'm looking to have my home carpeted so naturally I looked locally to see what type of pricing I will be looking at as far as installation and potentially purchasing the product the store had to offer. I called this business to get a quote I told him I would need roughly 1500 to 1600 square feet carpeted he asked me what type of carpeting I was looking to install and I told him that I found a sale at Lowe's so I can get the carpet at a price of $0.69 per square foot I'm on a budget needless to say. When I told him that he said he wouldn't touch it and I asked him why he didn't respond and I told him I was just looking for his personal opinion I've NEVER purchase carpet before EVER.
