Had a great experience with a recent pre-finished hardwood floor purchase and install through Federal Carpet and Flooring. The selection was great and the price was in line or better than I’d received elsewhere. John was very helpful in offering his opinion on the project, how to think about what we wanted, and the initial estimate was true to form when the final price was paid. They were professional, the floor arrived within days of order, and was installed within 10 days of committing to the project. The crew who installed the floor were timely, clean, and considerate. Above all, the workmanship was excellent. Will recommend to others and return for future needs.

I just want to give a shout out to Federal Carpet and Flooring for doing an outstanding job for our family. I needed to replace the upstairs carpet in all 4 bedrooms and stairs going down to the basement and basement area! I met with Alan and he took so much time helping us to pick the perfect carpets for all rooms. We couldn't be happier with the carpet, padding, and installation. It's sooooo cushy, which I love! This is my go to flooring solution! They have an amazing assortment of carpet, rugs, tile, vinyl, lenolium, etc. Their prices by far beat anywhere else I have shopped in the past. But most importantly the custom service here is EXCEPTIONAL!! I would gladly spend my money here than with the big box stores, support your local businesses!

We checked out Federal Carpet when we were looking to replace what we had, based on their reviews and after speaking with a coworker who had their flooring done, as well as her brother’s flooring. We go in with a drawing of the space and all the dimensions. We were extremely surprised at how affordable their prices are, and how quick installation can be. Their installation crew shows up and they are professional, polite, courteous, and clean. I wish I could recall the names of everyone that we dealt with (2 sales people. One I gathered information from. The other when the family went down to decide which carpet. And the 2 installers. Everyone did give their names, and I even called to get the names of the installers to compliment them.) I can’t recommend them enough.

Just had three rooms carpeted by Federal Carpet and Flooring. Worked with John who was very helpful. Selection was amazing and pricing was reasonable and fair. Installers Lucas and Wally did a great job. Would highly recommend this company.
