Highly recommend, all the veterinarians and their assistants are fantastic. Dr. Cramb is very knowledgeable and able to answer any of my concerns. Joanne is also super sweet and patient with my more skittish cat. Lisa at the front desk also is very kind and able to get us seen quick. The only place in Lowell I’d bring my two boys. Belvidere Vet is the best Vet around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. All of the employees are caring and compassionate! If you call with an emergency they get you right in! They literally saved my dog’s life. Without them, she wouldn’t be here today. They’re a wonderful facility and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals the way I trust them. I highly recommend them. They will do anything they can to help you and your fur babies! I also want to note that the receptionist asking the right questions is what ultimately saved my dog's life. When I tell you every person in that place cares…that’s no exaggeration! They’re amazing !

My dog Spike is 15 years old, and we brought him to Belvidere Veterinary Hospital because of his anxiety. But here we found so much more — care, compassion, and hope. Acupuncture has made a huge difference in his comfort and quality of life, helping with joint pain and IVDD. We also get help for other senior doggie problems, and Dr. Cramb has guided us every step of the way. The staff treat Spike like family, and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done to help him enjoy his days again.

I really wanted to like the vet but unfortunately that is not the way things turned out. I have two fur babies. They are both domestic shorthair cats that unfortunately potentially had ear mites. Now during the beginning of the appointment we were given an estimate of about $169.00. Just for the appointment and the checking of the first cats ears. What I do not understand is how we left the vet with a $475.00 bill with medicine I could have ordered off of Amazon for $35.00. I understand pet insurance cuts costs but I felt completely lied to by the vets when they could have told me where to buy literally any flea/tick/mite medication. Then they convinced me to also bring my second cat because they said verbatim that they cannot share medicine. If one has them, the other one would have the

Belvidere has been a reliable vet hospital for us in the past 3 years. The staff always treats our cats and us with care and respect, which is greatly appreciated. Our vet knows how to match the vastly different personalities of our two kitties (one tiny grump and one large ball of energy) in one appointment.
