Eldorado Pet & Wild Bird

This is a great Pet Store for Parrot lovers. I have purchased Cockatiels, Parakeets and Green Conures.

This is THE top-notch pet food store in Santa Fe! Thanks, Cheryl, for spending so much time with us on picking the best diet for our dog. She loves her new food and bone treats.

Very organized store and lots of healthy treats for pups, also lots of samples. Very friendly staffs and my dogs had a great time there!

UPDATE 03-02-2025: We are a couple months catching up on reviews. But we wanted to update the unfortunate fallout with this store. In December of 2024, we had to call to reorder another huge order that they had done for us previously. I had forgotten the owner's name though. And so when the employee answered, I asked if I could speak to Sue (as I thought that was her name). And the employee responded that there was no Sue that worked there. So, I asked her, "What's the manager's name?" And she replied, "Why do you want to know?" And I explained that the manager had already put in large orders for us previously and so I thought her name was Sue. And this completely horrible employee barked back, "Well that's not her name." By that time, I just told her to put her on the phone. And again,

We're so fortunate in Eldorado to have such a lovely pet store. In a day and age where small business are quickly becoming a thing of the past, it feels nice to still have a little local pet store that sells high quality treats, toys and food. I love stopping in to purchase bones for my current doggie, and I was a customer throughout the life of my previous soul dog. Also, as someone with an elderly and severely immune compromised mother, I really appreciate that the store owner and the employees have taken covid seriously and have continued to require masking. So frequently, I feel like no one else cares for people like my mom. It's wonderful that Eldorado Country Pet does. Thank you!
