Worked with two docs on our cat's visits and both were great! The vet techs were equally as great, too! Highly recommend going here for any of your pet friends' needs.

My first time here and i was expecting a better experience. Prices are affordable, doctor was ok but front desk staff member can definitely do better customer service. There was this girl writing me a prescription that after i asked a couple of questions she got short and rude even saying ' like i said sir' They can definitely do better with customer service. Will not recommend or visit again.

"Because you don't give up, we won't give up." - Dr. Ali Our "first-born" cat Hammy couldn't eat, pee, poo or walk properly. We took her to Dr. Ali on April 1, and he did a blood test and found out that her kidneys were failing her. She is anemic and has severe arthritis at age 16. He gave us a game plan to follow, and said we may still be able to help her. We couldn't get the supplements he suggested overnighted, so had to make do with what she had -- her kidney rx food, anti-nausea medication, Fe supplement and daily fluids using an IV at home. I never have done that before, but I learned to right away. It was such a stressful time for us trying to obtain those kidney supplements and we felt Hammy was running out of time. Very friendly and helpful staff and vet. Any time I need something, they are quick to respond and work with me to get the best care for my senior cat.

Today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I asked for a statement about the medications and the purpose of the visit so I could explain everything to my husband, and the staff member responded rudely, even saying, “Well yes, if you can read it and understand it.” She also interrupted me twice while I was still on the phone and then I was moved to another room without explanation. There was also confusion about the medications. I was given four prescriptions, and after checking prices at home, it appears I was overcharged by about $100. This entire visit felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and overpriced. Please get your prescriptions and take the to a pharmacy . My first vet visit was a fail.
