This is a wonderful local shop! They are always so nice and helpful. They have dog adoptions on Saturdays from a local rescue! Great selection of anything you need for your dog or cat.

The customer service is awesome! Our puppy is teething and I wasn't sure what to get; they really helped. Our dogs loved the treats. They especially like the bully sticks. We will definitely be reoccurring customers.

I've lived in Gainesville for 11 years and can't believe I've been missing out for this long! I was surprised at how big the store was. The inventory is fantastic, with every Fromm product under the sun! The two dog washing stations are extremely nice and lifted, so you don't break your back. They also have the most adorable dog cookie display. Super friendly staff and the owner, Brian, even set up my account himself. Hands down, it is the best pet store in Gainesville, and I'll forever be a customer. :)
