I am so so sad. Julianna did her cut. My puppy came home covered in cuts and so so irritable. They had her for hours and blamed the cuts on her matting, but she literally was brushed before she left. And is typically the sweetest girl! Her nails were also so short you can see the nerves and she seems like she’s in so much pain. It’s heartbreaking

I am absolutely heartbroken and beyond upset about what happened to my dog during her first visit here. We adopted our sweet girl, Sunshine, five months ago, and she has been nothing but gentle, mellow, and trusting with every human she meets. To see her come home injured after a grooming appointment was devastating. She had multiple cuts on her stomach, including on very sensitive areas, and her nails were trimmed so short they bled. No pet owner should ever have to deal with their dog being in pain from a routine grooming visit. Grooming requires care, patience, and attention to detail, and that is not what we experienced. I trusted this business with a dog who is incredibly loyal and calm, and I feel like that trust was completely broken. I cannot recommend this groomer to anyone who v

Marissa does such a great job on our Australian Shepard. She is patient with him and he always looks great! We will always have Marissa groom Murphy. He loves her!!

Marissa gave our doggo a great de-shed treatment and did his claws as well. She was so kind and knowledgeable! She made him feel comfortable and cared for. Reasonably priced for the great job done! We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely love taking my dogs here.! Marissa is amazing with our dogs and loves and cares for them so much.! She does an amazing job and we will never be taking them anywhere else.!
