We recently completed training at Sit Means Sit with our two dogs. We first came with the intention of having our puppy, Mattie, trained. But after learning about the program we decided to enroll both of our Bernese Mountain dogs in the day training program. My boy, Mack, is older and was not socialized much. I didn’t think I would ever be able to have guests over without chaos at the door. He needed much better manners and social skills and I needed training to help him feel less nervous when people are around or we go out. Chris, and the team of trainers are making this happen! We are so pleased with our experience. Every trainer and team member we work with is knowledgeable, patient, supportive and they care about the success of our dogs.

We LOVE everything about Sit Means Sit. We sent our 2 year old Rhodesian to a 10 day board and train and our 11 month old German shepherd for a 20 day board and train and they are night and day better. The work that they put in during the dogs’ time at Sit Means Sit makes all the difference. Once we got the dogs back, the one on one sessions are so helpful to tailor training to the real needs at home or struggles dogs are running into. We just completed our first group class with the beginner group and the ability to work with our dogs in an environment with other dogs and the wonderful trainers at Sit Means Sit was really helpful to work on focus and commands we would use day to day in public or somewhat chaotic environments. We can’t wait to continue group classes and see our dogs con

We started our adventure back in April with our rescued black lab. He was insecure and extremely nervous around new people which got him labeled as reactive. We have loved watching his confidence grow. Walks with him are now a delight instead of a nightmare. We’ve now started the journey with our newest addition, a rescued yellow lab. He is learning everything so quickly! All the staff have been fantastic to work with, I love how they love my boys. See you soon for group!

Worth its weight in gold. We love Sit Means Sit!! We’ve put 2 dogs through the board and train program now and couldn’t recommend it enough. Our Aussie pup was all gas and no brakes and we were fighting for our lives trying to take him on walks or camping trips or just letting him out in the yard. After having so much success with our other dog we knew a trip to boarding school was happening. We did the 20 day board and train program for our high energy 10 month old puppy and he has come out the other side with so much confidence and control. He’s still his happy and bouncy self, but listens like a dream now. He’s so good with heel, place, sit, wait, recall etc. that we’re genuinely in awe that he’s the same boy. Now we get to go on walks and roam carefree for miles without a worry. It has

Worth every penny! I recently enrolled my 6-year-old Dalmatian at Sit Means Sit due to her obedience challenges and dog reactivity. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Watching my girl learn, grow, and continue to improve has made this entire journey more than worth it. The staff is incredible as well. When my dog developed wounds from over-licking her paws—likely from allergies or separation anxiety—they took such thoughtful care of her. I could truly tell they cared about her well-being. The in-home training after her board-and-train has also been extremely helpful and confidence-boosting for both of us. And I have to give a huge shoutout to her trainer, Sage. The amount of care, love, and knowledge Sage brings to every session is awe-inspiring, and my dog, Zoey, absolute
