Bark City Lodge

Our pup Bash has stayed multiple times at Bark City now, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! Great customer service, and great communication! We love all of the add on services and take advantage of getting the daily pup-dates and daily walks! They always make us feel like they love having him stay there, which is such a relief when boarding your dog! Highly recommend.

Our dog really enjoys Bark City. We took her to a different place for boarding when she was a puppy and you could tell she didn’t have a good experience. She always seems happy to go back to Bark City

They were great with my dog Luna, she stayed 2 nights and was fine when picked her up. It was the first time taking her to a dog boarding and I noticed she didn’t eat very much food. But I know a lot of dogs won’t eat at places they aren’t familiar with so In all I thought they were great.

I want to be very clear, my review has nothing to do with the staff of this place, my review is solely on the false narrative that they sell here. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO BE OUTSIDE OF THEIR KENNEL RUN. Under the impression from the great reviews I read, I went ahead and put a deposit down thinking this place was run like every other boarding facility. I came to the property to tour it and imagine my surprise (especially as someone who works in the pet industry) when I was told that not only do dogs not socialize here, but the only “outside time” my dog would get would be if I paid $10 for a “stroll” around the facility. Love this place! I love that they sent updates of my baby boy Strider while I was away, to help ease my mind. He seemed happy and never missed a meal. Their prices are pretty fair as well for the valley and value of care received. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family!
