Beware of this greedy vet. Will not cooperate unless you agree to pay $400 or more for testing and procedure. Makes it hard to rescue/rehome horses. Or cats or dogs no doubt. Never returned my call so thank goodness Dr Carter came she will never be welcome to my farm again For Sure she has a snotty attitude !!
