I just wanted to take a minute and express our gratitude to praise for every.single.person @ Downers Grove Animal Hospital. We started bringing our pets here in 2022. That year we adopted 2 kittens and got a puppy — all within a month or each other. That created quite the crew to get all their first year vacs and make sure all were thriving (I suffered a bit of sleep deprivation). We were so very blessed to find DGAH to care for our babies. They have been so incredibly caring, responsive, informative and just the absolute best during every visit. We cannot say enough good things about our DGAH family!!!! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!

A recent experience this past June 24th at Downers Grove Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic involved the removal of a subdermal mass from the left leg of a French Bulldog, Royal. The initial concern was addressed with exceptional care and professionalism from the clinic's team, Tammy, Allie, and Stephanie, starting from the first contact and continuing through post-operative check-ups. Dr. Max provided a thorough initial examination, clearly explaining the diagnostic and surgical plans. All questions were answered, addressing any concerns and ensuring each step was understood. The team made sure Royal was comfortable throughout the process, even giving me updates during the procedure to calm my anxiety with a high-risk procedure when French bulldogs are under anesthesia. The surgery was success

I couldn't imagine taking my babies anywhere else!! Dr. Sharon is the best vet I have encountered and she is great with all three of my babies. The staff is also so helpful and nice and do everything they can to get me in for an appointment and make sure I have everything I need even when Dr. Sharon isn't in. We are the Baldwin crew and they treat my babies as of they were they're own.

If you are a pet owner and in need of a fantastic animal hospital look no further. We rescued a wonderful lab mix puppy 3 months ago and found this amazing place. Our previous pets we took to a larger more institutional facility so that was our only experience but coming here is like joining a family. The doctors and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and most importantly genuine. They love what they do and are truly excited to help. I would highly recommend Downers Grove Animal Hospital, keep up the great service!

I feel quite disappointed since together with my mother we took our cat to this Veterinary because he suffered a small fracture in his paw, in this place the doctors placed a cast which lasted 8 weeks. The cast caused burns and external injuries to my cat on his paw. I trusted this vet to make my cat feel better and now he is worse. And to top it off, it's very expensive, they were charging for something that happened because of their negligence. Also the doctors are arrogant and talk to you like you are dumb.
