Dog N Suds Pet Grooming

I had an appointment for 12:30. My husband took the dog there and no one was around and the door was locked. I called and left a message, letting them know my husband was there. My husband waited another 10-15 minutes and came home. I received a call that stated the appointment was for 1:30, not 12:30. She assured me she would be there at 1:30. I went back with the dog. There was a woman sitting in a pick up truck who informed me that she was there at 12:35. Another lie 😠 I asked how long it would be and she said a minimum of 4 hours because they were very busy. (???) She further informed me that she was not the groomer, she just shampooed the dogs. As I proceed to enter the place, there was caution tape on the porch with some plywood on top. It was literally falling apart. It

OMG. Such a nasty smelly place. I would never leave my dog there. The place should be condemned. I can't imagine how someone gave this place 5 stars.

I bring my fur baby here all the time, very nice people and they do a wonderful job.

This establishment is very knowledgeable and does great work, cares about the animals. Recommend to anyone
