I love DGGT and Jess and so does my pup! I have used them for dog walking services for almost a year and they take wonderful care of my dog. She is always SO excited to see Jess or Tyler. After each walk they send a photo and quick note about her walk. They also make sure that she is all cleaned up if its rainy/snowy and take great care to not track dirt or water into the house. Having all of the scheduling, invoices and updates through the app is super convenient. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve been using DogGoneGoodTime services for the past 3 years regulary for walks and hikes and they never disappointed! Very reliable! My vizsla loves Joyce, Jess and her current walker Tyler. They are taking a great care of her and I always get updates at the end of the day. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their pets to be in capable hands!

We moved to Saugus for 6 months while our new house was being built and we needed to find a new dog walker right away for our Frenchie. We reached out to Dog Gon’ Good Time House & Pets and met and interviewed with the walkers. Kenny G loved his walks with Jake and Sara. I’d get daily e-mail updates and pictures of their adventures---Kenny G even made an appearances their Instagram page. Their website is easy to navigate and it allowed me to schedule walks and pay invoices each week. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I have entrusted this company with my dog for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. I have been with other companies in the past and Dog Gon has by far been the best care givers and I feel happy knowing my dog is in safe hands. It breaks my heart to see all these negative comments because of one mistake. I for one will still be recommending this company to all my friends that have fur babies of their own!

As an advocate for small local businesses, I am very sorry that I can’t support your business. Yesterday, one of your dog walkers let a dog off leash at Breakheart Reservation. The dog was lost for 12+ hours. Your company did not participate in the search for the dog nor did your owner call to apologize to the Dog’s owner for the the situation. You also accused the owner of slander when they tagged you on a post regarding the Dog being lost due to the fact that they were indeed off leash. You then tried to tell the owner they signed a waiver letting the dog off leash, which they did not. As a pet parent I find this behavior reprehensible.
