Petco Grooming

Christine is the best. She has been grooming my dog, Bentley for 12yrs. Bentley loves her. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is a great asset to your company. Would recommend her very highly.

Christine and Sophia did an amazing job with the cleaning and bathing of our cat. He’s a challenging case with his IBD and we didn’t know if it was even possible to clean him. Christine and Sophia treated him with such care, reduced his anxiety with their kindness, and he came out squeaky clean. We are so grateful. We will be recommending them to all our clients at the cat cafe.

My groomer butchered my dog leaving her bald mind you she is a shitzu and is suppost to be long and fluffy. Her name is fluffy and she looks anything but fluffy and I’m truly so upset. I gave this woman a chance to prove herself in the past and she once again made up some bull excuse my dog had a mat on her ears lol. Lady it’s just hard hair from her dog food seriously. She clearly doesn’t want to take the time to cut her and buzz her the way I want her too & rushed the job along to cut her so short I can’t even put a bow in her hair now. My landlord takes my dog for me where I have babies at home. However my dog will NOT be going back to her ever again. I won’t mention names but you got my name which is Danielle but “Donna” takes her for me. So put 2 & 2 together 😡🤬😤 I’m not with my dog

We brought in Jasmine for a complete grooming, minus toe nail trim. When we picked her up, she smelled LIKE DIRT,! Worse than she smelled when she went in!! The only visible change was that her coat had been brushed!! Part of this package was anal gland extraction; however, she still scoots after she poops, indicating to me that it was not done. After taking a sniff of my dog, I called the grooming salon ( Petco, in Saugus, Massachusetts) and spoke to Jacob, her groomer. I told him that she smelled like dirt, and he actually asked me when was the last time Jasmine was groomed!,, None of his business, as his job, for which he was paid, was to complete a professional grooming!,, However, he did offer to do another grooming , free of charge. Leslie is the best!! She always does a fabulous haircut on both of my dogs! They both look forward to seeing her and she takes care with both of them!
