Very big store with large selections, they also have pet hotel in the store offering dog training. All cats are sleeping when I was there.

Pet Parents Beware of boarding your dog at PetSmart Hotel in Saugus. This is how I found my dog ….and even after I had tried to clean him up on the spot in the store. I picked up my poor little guy tonight, a night earlier than I had planned, giving them only 10 minutes notice. I was becoming more concerned about PetSmart in Saugus in recent years regarding the quality of care in both the pet hotel and grooming as well. This time when I dropped my dog off, they told me they no longer have someone over night. It’s been that way for over a year. They never informed me of that the last time he was there. So,,from 9 pm till the next morning when they open, no one is caring for them. My dog is a senior dog, 16.5 yrs old. I would’ve liked to know that change before dropping him off. Although,

I couldn't even imagine a worse haircut for my cat. She was cut in such a way that from the most beautiful Persian she became like a porcupine, with tufts of hair sticking out on all sides.Even if they pay me extra, I will never in my life turn to them for a haircut my cat. And most importantly, the cat was so scared that when I wanted to pick her up, she jumped into the carrier and hid in a corner.I made the mistake of trusting a woman who casually moved the carrier during check in without even looking at the animal. Such people should not work with animals if they do not love them.

Spent 5 min at front counter waiting to buy one thing and no one was up there. Lady that left just wandered off into a backroom while on her phone. Really felt like poor service and a really poor choice to leave the front desk alone.

Horrible. Met with groomer showed me what they considered matted areas, I showed them you can part his and see flesh all across back. He's a goldendoodle. 😭 The last three are what shaved has always looked like before.
