I have been bringing my cat Thummy to Vetco for years now and couldn’t be happier with my experiences there! Taking your pet to the Vet can be stressful but they do an amazing job of making the experience as stress free as possible! Becca, Katie and Dr. Williams are phenomenal, always giving you and your pet their undivided attention, listening to your concerns, coming up with a treatment plan, making sure to explain everything thoroughly and giving your pet the best care possible! I trust them immensely with my fur baby (and I don’t trust her with just anybody!)! They are always on top of things, incredibly knowledgeable and I feel so at peace during and after our appointment! My dog and I absolutely love the staff here! They are all so kind, patient, caring, and accommodating. I tell my dog we're going to see your friends and she's excited to see them every time. They're a busy location but always worth the wait and worth prebooking appointments with. I highly recommend them to all the dog & cat parents I know. This location is amazing! I usually go to the Medford location because it’s closer to me (which they are great too) but they do not do spay/neuters so they referred me to Saugus when my cat needed to be spayed. I couldn’t be happier with the care and time they took with me and my girl, as this cat is my heart and I was so sad and worried dropping her off. They assured me she was in good hands and she sure was. After the surgery they made sure to explain directions and answer any of my questions. Also when I got home they answered my questions right away, as I can tend to be a little nervous and neurotic. They also texted each day to check on her and when I couldn’t keep the surgical suit on and was worried about the incision they checked her out for me to make sure everything was good. You

The best place!! We’ve brought all three of our pets here and they have been wonderful!! Beyond normal vet appointments we have now had a dental procedure that was amazing price wise, and outcome wise. They have recommended wonderful things for our dogs and cat and have been thrilled. Cannot say good enough thing!
