Veterinary Urgent Care Center - Saugus

Brought my furbaby (dog) in because she was throwing up and diarrhea. I usually take her to the ER in Woburn but they were at full capacity and couldn’t take her in. I booked an online appt here and arrived almost an hour early. I was already on route and they suggested making an appt in case more people walked in before I got there. Upon arrival, they took us right into a room to wait. The tech came in pretty quickly and took my girls information. Later came in and took her to exam. The doctor then came in and explained what was done and suggestions and pricing for the suggestions on how to proceed. Also giving options in case I didn’t want to proceed with all of it, she had suggestions on which to prioritize. I appreciate how they explain everything and the cost involved prior to proceed

Today was my pup’s first ever urgent care visit in over six years, and I think I was just as nervous as he was! We came in because his ear was soft and swollen, which turned out to be an aural hematoma. The vet and vet tech were incredibly kind and reassuring — they took the time to explain every step, go over all treatment options and pricing, and patiently answer every question we had. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and kind. Their attentiveness and compassion really stood out, and we never once felt rushed like you sometimes do at other clinics. Hopefully we won’t need urgent care again anytime soon, but if we do, this is absolutely where we’ll be coming back — and we’ll be recommending them to everyone we know! Overall wonderful experience.

Very friendly staff, put our dog and ourselves at ease. Were able to get us in quickly to diagnose an issue with our dog's eye. We were traveling from out of state on a holiday weekendand they were able to rapidly get our dog's visit records sent back home for our dog's regular vet to be up to date with her diagnosis and treatment as soon as we got home. Night and day from another emergency vet practice where we waited 8 hours and were never seen and finally left to try this practice, instead.

The rating of this clinic is currently 4.8 stars and they deserve a solid 5 in my opinion. Our sweet girl, 15 year old Jack Russell terrier, suffered a huge seizure at home around 8:45pm and we got her to the clinic checked in by 9:10pm. They close at 10pm and they focused on caring for our girl and for us as a family. They walked us through all the options and treated her and us with the utmost sensitivity and respect. They were selfless and loving in their care. And when our sweet girl seized a second time with us through the anti-seizure meds they had given her they still stayed present and helped us through the worst of the worst. They didn’t rush us out. The vet cried as we said goodbye to our heart. I’m not recommending or suggesting you should expect them to stay after hours for all
