Deerfield Dog Lodging

Owner is neglectful and irresponsible regarding care of pets. Dropped off our 4 year old German Shepherd for 9 days of boarding and the Owner and staff never removed either of his collars once in the entire 9 days. Owner was told that he was wearing an E Collar and we asked if it should be taken off and he did not say it needed to be taken off at that time. When we picked up our dog he had wounds and an infection from the collar being left on. Owner was called and confronted about leaving the collars on, and he claimed that it was stupid to leave the e collar on despite us asking about it specifically, and also that he never noticed it on him. Owner (Kevin) was entirely dishonest and irresponsible about the whole situation over the phone. When confronted his response was to be argumentativ

This is a top notch and dedicated bussiness for our pets. They took care of my lab twice in November and did a spectacular job. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs a pet sitter.

Wow what an awesome dog care facility we can not say enough about how amazing they took care of our girl(dog) we received updates and wonderful photos as she spent many days there as we was one on vacation and did not have to worry. Clean, well priced and a lot of activity to keep them calm, we will be back again. Thank you Kayla

"Dogs can become infested with mites through close contact with other infested dogs, exposure to contaminated environments" We visited the Wolf Lodge, and left our pug for 1 day. When we picked her up, she was itchy. 3 days later we discovered bumps, we thought she picked up ticks, but upon checking it was scabs. She has no ticks or fleas. We took her to the vet and they confirmed. Shes under treatment but we also feel a bit itchy, we had to clean our sofas with Lysol and other products, and we are keeping her in her cage. We had to keep her away from her bed because mites also live and thrive in cloth. I dont recommend this place for this reason. The reviews seemed like it was the right place with almost 5 stars and price was reasonable, but it was not a good experience for our pug. They

Our timid 15-year-old dog has a complicated medication schedule and needs a lot of TLC. Deerfield did a wonderful job with him and with our younger dog as well. I've already recommended Deerfield to my cousin.
