Dallas Pet Den

Aubrey is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever had. She is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly takes her time with both Cooper and Winston. She never rushes the process and is always patient and attentive when we go over their cuts, making sure everything is exactly how I want it. Her level of care, skill, and communication is unmatched. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and takes real pride in her craft. The attention to detail and professionalism she brings every appointment is the reason we continue to come back. We are so grateful to have found her — I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs.

Besides me, the most important is that my dog, Sophia loves this daycare!! It feels like she is part of a family there and starts to whine before we even pull up to hurry and get there. She gets so excited to hurry and get out of the car to go play and everyone. That alone tells me how much she loves it. With my new baby, Stella Jane who is 5 months old, i knew she was in great hands for her 1st grooming appointment / meet and greet for play time. They even sent me pictures to put me ease to know she is having a blast for her first introduction to playtime. I enjoy going up there myself to drop and pickup my fur babies to just chit chat a bit with everyone. It is a great doggie daycare and grooming, all the way around. I highly recommend this place :)

We took our dog to daycare here after seeing so many reviews, and after 4 visits, we will never be back. They do not use the outdoor space advertised online, they do not have the cameras they said they have, and our dog came home COVERED in other dogs urine everyday. They never told us the outdoor area was closed, so our dog spent 4 days being traumatized by laying in other dogs pee and never going outside when they said he was. His anxiety has significantly increased, and we were so disappointed in our experience. The employees were very kind and I don’t blame them at all, just really frustrating that none of this was communicated. Why would we pay $40 a day for our dog to stay inside, lay in other dogs urine, and come home far more stressed than he was before?

Before & After Below I recently took my Golden to Dallas Pet Den and had an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, they completely botched the haircut after asking for a light trim. The front part of my dog’s chest was cut unevenly, making it look horrible. Despite my instructions, they failed to deliver a decent grooming job. Additionally, I requested a nail trim, but when I picked up my dog, his nails were still long and untrimmed. To make matters worse, they charged me for the nail trim that they never performed, until I came back and asked for it. Management was really nice and did provide me a refund. I was planning on not posting this, but I saw a comment below where another customer complained of the same thing happening to his golden. Additionally I cant stand looking at

Out of town visitors staying with our daughter’s family and our 20 month old male standard poodle needed grooming. Our daughter recommended Dallas Pet Den, close by their house. Grooming standard poodles can be a challenge but we didn’t have much to go on. Aubrey groomed him and did a marvelous job! Very impressed and would recommend Dallas Pet Den. In the future when we come to Dallas for an extended stay we will bring our dog back to Dallas Pet Den.
