Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital

I admit I’m probably writing this out of emotion right now, but I’m pretty upset with this animal hospital. I showed up at 8 o’clock this morning with my Frenchie who has been going to this vet since I’ve had him. I walked in and the guy at the front desk continued on his phone call as I held my dog in my arm having a seizure. He finally put the call on hold went to the back and they came out to me. He couldn’t help me because they didn’t have any doctors. He told me to go to emergency vet, but it was the lack of empathy. It was a lack of help they didn’t even try to help me find an emergency vet so I left. Long story short, how to say goodbye to my beautiful baby this morning. We have been to several vets in the Cypress area in the past 10 years, and I can say that this is the best vet experience we have ever had. My 10 year old Himalayan cat caught a bad cold. I called Cypress Lakes and Denise was very friendly and got us right in. We arrived and were taken back right away. Nadia was very friendly and thorough in getting my cat's history into the system. Dr. Holland was amazing, very knowledgeable, and took a lot of time to check him over. We were able to get my kitty treated properly for a very fair price. We will definitely be using Cypress Lakes and Dr. Holland in the future. Thank you so much to everyone for their assistance and compassion today!

I had to take my beagle back after an acl surgery 3 weeks prior. My sweet girls other leg now tore. Dr Morrow and her assistant Nadia were both so caring, gentle and comforting. They did not even have to sedate for Xrays, Lucy was so at ease with them. Im so glad my beagle is in their care.

Went today for my first time appointment and I received high quality service from that start. 😊❤️🤗My appointment was at 9:30am but I came in earlier and the receptionist got me in a room as soon as I came. The vet techs were very proactive and took the extra mile complimenting my cat, breaking down the costs for me and tried to accommodate my budget for that day, including Dr. Morales who took her time to tell me of places where I could find certain products for cheaper price. Prices are slightly higher for some things but still affordable, keep in mind, they’re in ritzy area and you get what you pay for.
