The team here is amazing. If you work with animals you know it’s full of so much love and so much sadness all in a short window of time. Dr. Osler has never not answered my (many) questions. Alyssa is so sweet and caring. Erica, Sadie, Dawn, Brittany, Nick, Tiffany, Brianna, Andrew and everyone else I’m hopefully not forgetting are also so lovely to work with. All the volunteers are amazing too. Everyone is doing their best, and I love working with all of them. I’ve adopted four kittens from here, and I’ve fostered plenty of other kittens from here too! I’ve always had the teams full support, and it’s honestly changed my life. I look forward to working with them for years to come!

Adopted my baby from there January 6th Mrs dawn was so sweet and was patient with me due to being on fixed income! I would definitely recommend this place!

Perhaps I have mentioned it before, but my experience was stellar. The staff was so friendly and kind-I am eager to return for the spay service they will perform on my new best friend. Everything was clean and organized that it must keep them busy to maintain. I heartily recommend this shelter. 😆

ABSOLUTELY Wonderful place! I saw Gretchen (the good girl) on To the Rescue by Ricci Law Firm, one morning on the local news, and I met her for the first time that very day. I was looking for a dog to be trained as a service animal, and she fit the bill, across the board. A week later,she was at home with me. (All of her shots, spayed, heart worm negative, micro-chipped, and rabies tag were included) Thanks to Ricci Law Firm and Craven Pamlico Animal Shelter! We have applied for a Service Dog in Training Certification from Craven County Voc-Rehab that should be issued directly after New Years! THANK YOU GUYS!!! Since then, guys... She has been registered with the AKC CANINE COMPANION PROGRAM Which, as you know, enables her to be in a lot of certifiable events. 1) Canine Good Citizen 2
