They were fast an efficient, gentle with my dog, Cargo is better now. Thank you for seeing him and giving him what he needed. Staff is friendly and personable.

The doctor did his thing to my puppy, but I experienced a significant amount of stress due to a receptionist errors, it was disappointing. (i believe the receptionist name was Ashley) On November 24th, I called the Community pet clinic in Federal way twice, at 10:45 a.m. and 3:25 p.m., notify them of my intention to bring my puppy koda in , He has been experiencing diarrhea and tapeworms. The female staff member I spoke with did not inform me that I should not bring the puppy inside. When I arrived, I was asked to return the puppy to my car and return to check in. Upon questioning the receptionist about the lack of info of their policy having to turn a round leave puppy in car too many turns and walks for me, the receptionist behind on left side gave me dirty look and rude body languages

am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the care my dog received at Community pet clinic in Federal Way unprofessional handling of my concerns, and the retaliatory response I received when attempting to resolve this matter. After my initial visit approximately three weeks ago, during which I paid approximately $250 for an exam and medications that did not improve my dog’s condition, I attempted in good faith to contact your office to discuss the lack of improvement and request resolution. My calls were not returned in a timely manner, and when I did reach your office, I was treated disrespectfully and told I would need to pay additional fees for another exam despite my concerns that the veterinarian did not adequately examine my dog during the original visit. Very friendly but they do not accommodate fractious animals. I let them know multiple times about my fractious cat and they assured me they had ways to try and get treatment done but after going through the check-in process for an hour or so they took one look at him and sent us away.

I took my dog there because she all the sudden was walking very wobbly she had slipped disc in her spine so we tried crate care. We ended up leaving with pain meds two different types gabapentin and carprofen and the price was extremely reasonable for the examine the meds was only like 150 bucks. Unfortunately she had a bad reaction to the carprofen. I have nothing good to say about that drug, it should definitely come with more information about how bad the side affects are and that it could kill your dog within 3 days after first dose and only 5 doses total. Within 2 days she started puking water so I took her off the carprofen but it was too late we got her to the clinic the next morning and she passed away right as soon as we got her in there and they tried to bring her back they gave
