Dr. Erika is such an intelligent, kind and helpful holistic veterinarian. My wife and I had a positive experience taking all three of our pups to see her for a vet visit. The appointment wasn’t rushed, she didn’t cut us off when we were talking and she took the time to review their medical history. She offered some non invasive treatment ideas, but also was open to considering other options. Seems like a great blend of western and eastern veterinary medicine. She even let us bring our third pup who is reactive and takes time to warm up to people, just to have him hang out while she treated the other two dogs. Our first appointment with Erika was going over his entire history. I've questioned whether or not his records were getting passed on to new vets, cause most never seemed to know anything about his history. But Erika was prepared, and patient with me as I dug deep into every bump and bruise my dog ever had. I felt listened to, and taken serious. Dr. Erika is a very wise, compassionate and well informed practitioner. She was instrumental in spotting and supporting more serious neurological issues than we were aware of and helping to provide compassionate support during the unfortunate last few months of care for our 2 year-old Jaxx’s inoperable brain tumor. Jaxx was able to enjoy his favorite things: the beach, walks at the dog park, and charming people with his joyful trot and spirit a bit longer with the support of her prescribed herbs, general guidance, and initial acupuncture treatments. Dr Erika is the absolute best! She has helped me care for and rehab my 15 1/2 year old Blue Heeler Foster Pepper! She is attentive and so responsive when you have questions or need answers.
