We have been boarding our dogs with Cindy for over 10 years. Excellent care, love that the owner is on premises. Our dogs have a wonderful experience every stay!
Been taking my dogs to Cindy for 18 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Owner on site. Fair prices. Pups always come home happy and healthy. Do yourself a favor and go to Northwind Boarding.
My dog spent three weeks here. Myself and family called and our calls were always welcome. She was attentive to Heather's special needs. Spent lots of time with her while there. I would recommend this kennel to my friends.
Went on vacation 3 times in the last 8 months and attempted to make an appointment there to board my dog each time. I called and left a message MULTIPLE times on each occasion to schedule drop off and pick up times never received a callback, my guess is she’s trying to close the business and doesn’t want any new clients if that’s the case change the voicemail to reflect that so I don’t waste my time!
Simply fantastic service. Kind, caring, and so very fair.
