Cheeky Bubbles Pet Grooming

I have made 2 Appointments for my dog. Both Times I showed I was turned away as the first time, they failed to schedule it in their books after the call. the second was because their groomer was a no show. I was scheduled for 9am and I was at the front door at 850 am and lights were off and doors locked. I called at 856am as I stood there hoping someone would answer remotely and I heard the phones ring inside the building with no answer. I went to my car, hoped on a work call and watched multiple people show with their dogs and turned away. No courtesy to call the incoming appointments to let them know before they arrived. I went in after my call and the lady at the front desk informed me that we would have to reschedule over 2 weeks later. I asked for the owner and was told her name but s

I just left this place feeling like I should of never asked for help. My cat lost his best friend and stop cleaning himself and needed to be shaved because his fur was starting to dread and is becoming painful. When I ask cheeky bubbles for help see if maybe they could schedule an appointment I was told by two staff members that their short staffed and unless my cat was in their system they were not even going to help. However none of them wanted to even try to look up my cat to see if it was in their system, me and my family have brought in all of our animals to cheeky bubbles I'm sure my cat was in their system. This is the first time getting this type of treatment. The staff that used to work there was much more kinder and would at least put in some type of effort

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advanced just to get told "🤷‍♂️ oh your groomers not here try to reschedule " for another 2 weeks? Horrible business

I loved how they cut my poodles hair and I thought they treated him great until the last time I took him there. He came home with a huge gash under his belly and they said he must have had it prior to going in. He did not. I would understand if an accident happened but to lie to me about it, I can’t handle that.

Very patient with my two anxiety dogs. You can hear Ellie who is not happy about getting her nails done.
