It's enough that I had to go to put my my best friend down, that was such a sad thing to see. I loved that dog! Almost 12 years of unconditional love. We asked if we could get his ashes, paw prints, and a bit of his fur. They changed $500.00! What a rip off! I could've done it myself, except for the ashes! I also think that they never took blood from him to see if he had anything. He had diabetes, and they never knew because they never took blood work. He could've been on diabetes meds when he was much younger. In fact, he never was prescribed anything for diabetes. When I think about it, it really pisses me off. I've had dogs all my life! Vets are such a rip off because they know you will do anything for your loving pet.

I would not recommend. My dog died under their care. They mishandled him which resulted in his death. The agency has grown and there are always new doctors. They went from be a good vet practice to just being in it for the money with incompetent and untrained staff. After telling friends about my dogs passing, I had other friends that said they lost their healthy pets while under care at this vet practice. Find another vet they have made many mistakes and don't know what they are doing.

Every one of my experiences with Chase Farm Veterinary Hospital has been positive. The staff is wonderful in how it treats both the animals and owners. My dog was recently ill with a gastroenteritis, and I received three followup phone calls checking on how she was doing. This never happened with my previous vet. I feel very confident that they give my dog the best care available.

Arrives to my appointment 5 minutes early, checked in and waited and waited. After 15 minutes, I asked how much longer and she wasn’t sure. After 30 minutes, the vet tech came out and grabbed the slip for someone who had just checked in bypassing my dog’s slip. This has happened often with this practice and despite the actual veterinarians being fantastic, the supportive staff is lacking. I’ve been with this practice for over 20 years and it gets worse. I left and received a call 3 minutes later asking where my dog was. Maddening.

We’ve been going to Chase Farm with our cat, Willow, for over a year now and have had nothing but wonderful interactions with the care team there. We’ve primarily seen Drs Picard and Thompson, who are very kind and caring. In instances where we’ve had to be referred out to an emergency clinic, they called around to make sure we would be going to a place with the right doctors and equipment (one weekend Willow ate something and we needed to get her emergency surgery). Even when Willow was seen elsewhere, I know I can expect a call from Chase the morning after to go over all that was done and have it explained in ways I can understand. I greatly appreciate all that they do and would 100% recommend this clinic to everyone.
